INTRODUCTION
Gino Galletti Foundation promotes the study of Alzheimer's disease and other
neurodegenerative pathologies leading to dementia.
To this aim the Foundation collaborates with
the Department of
Neurological Sciences of the University
of
Bologna.
In the recent years, the Foundation created a Laboratory
dedicated to the molecular diagnosis and study of neurodegenerative pathologies
leading to dementia; funded
two position of " Ricercatore universitario in Neurologia" at the
University of Bologna and various fellowships for young researchers; awarded a
personal prize for young researchers.
